Common questions about home physiotherapy

How do I book a home visit?

Add LINE @439adefz or call 082-616-3293 to talk through your symptoms, your area and a day and time that suit you.

How often do I need physiotherapy, and for how long?

It depends on your condition. As a starting point we recommend 1–2 sessions a week. How many months or years in total is something the physiotherapist keeps assessing throughout your treatment.

Why is physiotherapy at home becoming more popular?

Recovering at home happens in a familiar setting, so it carries over more easily into everyday life. It also removes the trip to a hospital or clinic, which can be a real obstacle for some patients, especially those with limited mobility.

How long is a visit?

About 1 hour each time, covering history taking, a physical examination, treatment and teaching you exercises.
